YOUR APPLICATION
Once you have found your property, you will need to fill in one of our application forms, details of your current employment, three years of previous addresses, contact details of your current landlord or letting agent will need to be provided.  On Application you will also need to provide docments with your proof of identity, proof of income and proof of address.

ADMINISTRATION FEE’S
£125.00 + VAT (£143.75) for the main applicant
£75.00 + VAT (£86.25) for each additional applicant.
This is payable immediately upon deceiding to apply for a tenancy. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE should you decide not to pursue the tenancy (irrespective of whether or not references have been applied for) or alternatively if you application is declined. 

Payment is accepted by Cheque or Cash

 

REFERENCING 

We will carry out a series of checks based on the information supplied to us.  These include:-

Credit Score

Bankruptcy/CCJ’s

Fraud 

We will also directly contact your Employer and Landlord/Letting Agent for a full written reference.

Subject to your references being satisfactory, we will agree a moving date and issue the relevant paperwork to you.  If for any reason your referencing fails, your application fee will be non-refundable

 

BOND 

This is equivalent to one months rent plus £100.00 and must be paid by building society cheque, bankers draft or cash the day you sign your tenancy agreements. Personal cheques need to be cleared in our bank before the keys are handed over.

 

RENT 

Payable on the day of signing your tenancy agreement by Building Society Cheque or Bankers Draft. Personal cheques need to be cleared in our bank before the keys are handed over.

TENANTS CONTENTS INSURANCE 

It is requirement of all our tenancies that you insure your contents. The policy must also cover you for accidental damage to your landlords fixtures and fittings. If you already have sufficient cover please provide a copy your current insurance on the day of signing.
