WELCOME to Thornton Robson and THANK YOU for visiting our new web site. We originally started trading as "Real Estate" back in May 2005, when the Estate Agency business was first established. In 2008 we had to dig in very deep to survive the "credit crunch" which we did, due to hard work, a pro-active attitude and dedicated customer service. The business continued to expand during 2009 with the launch of our Letting Department which has grown rapidly to consolidate our success.

During 2011, we decided to rebrand, expand further and are shortly due to relocate to larger premises. During this expansion, Real Estate became Thornton Robson Real Estate, we felt that it was imperative to refresh the brand and personalise our image.

We have expanded further in 2011 by establishing our Commercial Division, bringing on board several RICS chartered surveyors able to cover the whole of Warwickshire. This expansion is being achieved through improving client service by comprehensive training and planned growth.

Thornton Robson lettings was established in 2009 to meet the demand from many of our clients who wished to let out their properties and those who were already letting their property but were unhappy with the service provided by their existing letting agent.

Established by landlords for landlords, we have a perspective on the landlord`s position that is absent from many letting agents. We know how you feel and we know what you need because we have been there too! We understand that you are probably not a "professional" landlord and you want peace of mind that your property is being well looked after as you have other things to worry about. We are here to take the pressure off you.

The rise of the "accidental" landlord i.e. people who have been forced to rent out their home because it hasn`t sold, is continuing apace and it is that market in particular where we are well placed to offer help and advice. Our service is flexible, we can do as much or as little as you want:-

Full Property Management - Sit back and relax. We take care of everything for you from marketing and finding tenants, to dealing with repairs and maintenance whilst ensuring maximum rental income for you. We take a competitive monthly commission to cover our costs. Our most popular service, used by 90% of our landlords.

Tenant Find service - We apply our usual strict standards to find you a high quality fully referenced tenant and move them in to the property, then its over to you. A one off fee is charged for this but you don`t have any ongoing management charges.

Tenant Find Plus+ - This is tenant find plus rent collection. We don`t actually manage the property but we will collect the rent on your behalf and chase any late payments for you. This option is useful for landlords who want to retain some involvement in their property management and don`t want to pay a full management fee but also, don`t want to go it totally alone. We take a competitive monthly commission to cover our costs.

Marketing

We understand how important it is to get your property let as soon as possible as any void periods are irrecoverable and can damage your investment potential.

Most property searches are conducted online and we have invested heavily in our internet presence to ensure your property will be featured on major property portals as well as our own web site.
