		Greg Brady
		Greg has 11 years experience in the property industry, firstly in lettings, and then in Sales. Although born and bred in Rugby Greg lived and worked in Nottingham, Tamworth and Leamington Spa before returning to his home town of Rugby. Greg would like to offer both landlords and tenants his advice and experience in lettings and also likes to be involved in the sales side of the business as much as possible.

		Samantha Perry
		Sam joined the team in 2011, and already she has taken control of the Letting Department. She has introduced systems and procedures that have only benefitted the department. Having now completed and passed her Law Degree Sam is very keen to ensure that the Rental Department procedures are correctly adhered to. One of the most organised people we have ever known, her legal knowledge is invaluable.

		Tracy J Thornton
		Tracy has worked in the industry for over 25 years, successfully marketing and selling properties at the upper end of the property market. Having worked in Daventry, Southam, Rugby, Coventry and Leamington Spa, Tracy has valued and sold literally millions of pounds worth of property. She would like to offer her knowledge and experience of the local property market to help you sell your property.

		Richard Green B.Sc.F.R.I.C.S.
		Richard is an associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over 35 years in the property and surveying industry. He is considered well qualified in the profession and is well known and respected in the Rugby area. He has many residential and commercial clients who have used his services time and again.

		Sam Wightman
		Sam recently completed work experience from school with us and basically never left. He is now in his final year at school and we look upon Sam as our apprentice. He helps out in holidays and at weekends, and simply has a very refreshing "can do " attitude. He is always willing to help and assist with any duties asked of him. We are confident that with our training and his personality he will become an excellent estate agent.
